Updates are coming!

It's been a crazy month...yep, Lily is now a month old already! Things are beginning to return to some semblance of normal and I'm really looking forward to getting back to a steady routine. Right now it's difficult with nursing a newborn constantly, but I know things will get better soon when she can go more than an hour in a day without needing to eat :)

Katie's birthday is in 12 days...she'll be two! She is potty training ME at the moment. I had no plans to potty train with a newborn constantly attached to me, but she wants to potty train now. So far, I've indulged her while wearing pullups by willingly taking her to the bathroom when she asks. Out of the 10 times a day she wants to sit on the potty, she's actually done something productive 2-4 times each day. I think sometimes she does it because she's hoping for a mini m&m ;) but doesn't get the treat unless something actually "comes out." LOL This weekend we're going to try it with underwear and rubber pants and see how that goes and determine from there if she's ready for full time undies.

There are many updates to come. We haven't done much "formal" school, but we're still participating in our group, going to Music and gymnastics, spanish, etc.
