Pooh arrived in Woburn, MA on Sunday, just in time to help celebrate Michael's 40th birthday. We had beef stew, meatball subs, cake of course and New England Patriots football game in HI Def and Surround sound. Oh in case you didn't know the Pats beat the San Francisco 49ers. Then it was home to Hart Place where he decided to sleep in Brannon's Tiger sleeping bag. Pooh took it easy on Monday, he said he still had a little jet lag from the Hungary trip, so I let him stay home and get some much needed rest.
Happy Birthday Michael! I'm so sorry we missed giving good wishes, being out of town really threw everything off. 40 now, eh? Only 3 more years and I'm 40!

Travelling Friend Project
Pooh has been on Hiatus for a few months. He did visit Utah, California and Wyoming, though! As soon as he is ready, he will be taking a LONG journey to Ballarat Australia to visit Dawn's best friend Katrina. More to come soon!
This is our geography project. The idea is to send our little friend--Pooh Bear--around the country (and the world, when possible). We learn, through Pooh Bear, his location (geography) and the local culture.
MILES TRAVELLED TO DATE:
"An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you know and what you don't." -- Anatole France
"I am beginning to suspect all elaborate and special systems of education. They seem to me to be built up on the supposition that every child is a kind of idiot who must be taught to think." -- Anne Sullivan
