Well as our day was coming to a close we decided to stop in at the Sleepy Hollow Cemetary to a spot called Author's Ridge. It is where many famous New England Authors are buried, like Ralph Waldo Emerson, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Henry David Thoreau to name a few. But I thought it appropriate that we stop by and pay homage to Louisa May Alcott, who wrote Little Women(Blog name ha, ha). We then meandered towards home and Pooh said he was tired so we stopped by Horn Pond and sat on Papa Lewie's bench for a few minutes before heading to pick Brannon up from school. Pooh decided to take a little nap in Brannon's sweatshirt. We had a wonderful day today, but boy are we "POOHPED"

Travelling Friend Project
Pooh has been on Hiatus for a few months. He did visit Utah, California and Wyoming, though! As soon as he is ready, he will be taking a LONG journey to Ballarat Australia to visit Dawn's best friend Katrina. More to come soon!
This is our geography project. The idea is to send our little friend--Pooh Bear--around the country (and the world, when possible). We learn, through Pooh Bear, his location (geography) and the local culture.
