Bento Box Thursday, Year two

I'm late for this post! But here it is anyway. I made lunches for us all, but I'm just posting the 6 year old's box and the boiled eggs I made for everyone:

I used the Tavolo ice cream molds for both the boiled eggs and the rice "balls." (And while looking for this link, I noticed there are new molds for Christmas: "Dear Santa....")

Very creative! So, when you say boiled eggs - did you pour the egg in the mold and sit it in boiling water?

Kathy,

Here is a tutorial on how to do it:

This is where I got the idea :) I've also used small applesauce cups (washed out) and pressed a cookie press into them and rubberbanded them (that's how I made the pooh and tigger).

Wish I could say it was an "original" idea :)
