Budapest, Hungary - Part IV

[Oops - I posted this last week and it should have been part four, not three. Sorry.]

On Saturday evening we took a dinner cruise on the Danube River. It was a cool night, but still comfortable. We enjoyed seeing the buildings we saw earlier in the day, again at night all lite up.

This is the Parliament Building

And the Chain Bridge

This is Ava and Peter. They live in Budapest on the Buda side. Ava was a wonderful hostess to us, showing us Budapest and explaining it's history.

Some sights along the way:

This is a view of Matthias Church and our hotel from the Danube.

Unrelated notes:

Water in Hungary is "gas" or "no gas" (also known as "still"), and that is how you have to ask for it. As you can guess, Gas has bubbles and No Gas doesn't. Didn't matter though, they both tasted bad. :-) This is what Pooh preferred:

And Pooh liked riding on the bus!

And to close our Budapest trip, I want to end it with this special message for Karissa.
